William Grant, 33, a Black/African American male, was shot on the afternoon of July 19, 2025, in East Baltimore on the 2800 block of Kennedy Avenue. Officers arrived around 4:39 p.m. to find him wounded; he was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition and later died from his injuries.
