On a summer evening in Baltimore, Maryland, tragedy struck the streets of the Penrose neighborhood. On June 9, 2024, Said Raheem, a 31-year-old man, was found lying on the street in the 2100 block of West Lexington Street. The call came in to the Baltimore Police Department at approximately 9:51 p.m., reporting a shooting in the area. When officers arrived at the scene, their discovery confirmed the grim report.
