Randolph Smith, 56, a male who was Black/African American, was shot during the overnight hours in Southwest Baltimore, the violence unfolding around the 3900 block of Frederick Avenue. Officers on patrol reported hearing gunfire at approximately 1:32 a.m.; when they arrived, they found Randolph Smith, 56, with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
