On the night of October 30, 2023, the quiet suburban streets of Arnold, Maryland, became the scene of a violent crime that claimed the life of 38-year-old Forrest Allen Ryan of Chester, Maryland. Responding to what initially appeared to be a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Kimwood Road and Driftwood Court, Anne Arundel County Police officers made a grim discovery.
