On December 17, 2023, at approximately 9:25 p.m., Howard County Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 7600 block of Woodpark Lane in Columbia, Maryland. Upon arrival, officers discovered two male victims in the open stairwell of an apartment building, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
