On January 21, 2024, at approximately 2:10 a.m., 17-year-old Natanael Rodriguez Cuxun of Arlington, Virginia, was fatally shot while traveling as a passenger in a vehicle on Snowden River Parkway near Rustling Leaf in Columbia, Maryland.
