Katharine Rose, a 48-year-old woman, disappeared from Puyallup, Washington, on June 26, 2006. She was last seen at 10:00 a.m. after attending a scheduled appointment with her doctor. At the time of her disappearance, she lived in a mental health facility and suffered from mental illness, requiring medication that she did not have with her when she went missing. Her family described her disappearance as unusual, noting that she left behind her medication and personal belongings.
