On December 29, 2023, at approximately 9:25 p.m., Baltimore City Police officers responded to a reported shooting in the 4900 block of Reisterstown Road. Upon arrival, they found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds: 17-year-old David Hamilton and an unidentified 20-year-old man.
