On the evening of April 14, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in a Baltimore neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Kennard Murray, a 23-year-old Black male, was discovered inside a vehicle in the 4900 block of Palmer Avenue, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound to his neck. The call reporting the shooting came in at approximately 9:56 p.m., prompting a swift response from the Baltimore Police Department.
