Montrel Trell Rivers, a 20-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 8, 2018. The incident occurred around 2:30 PM in front of a Royal Farms store located at 1152 East North Avenue. Rivers was approached by an unidentified suspect who shot him multiple times before fleeing the scene on foot.
