Billy Petty, a 56-year-old resident of Racine, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on January 1, 2023. The fatal event occurred at Rerun's Lounge in Racine, where Petty was one of two victims killed during the early hours of New Year's Day.
