On the evening of March 25, 2016, James Joseph Norris, a 37-year-old Caucasian male, was working, delivering food in Racine, Wisconsin. In what was later described as a senseless act of violence, Norris was shot and killed during what appeared to be an armed robbery while on the job. The incident cut short the life of a man known as a dedicated family man who treasured time with his children.
