In the quiet town of Rhine in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, the morning of February 24, 2023, was shattered by a tragic event. At a residence on Little Elkhart Lake Road, 61-year-old Jane Margaret Fontaine, a White/Caucasian female, was found deceased. The scene that first responders and the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office discovered was one of profound loss.
