Nadine Clerveau, 31, a female and African-American, was found on the morning of August 15, 2015, after residents on Milwaukee's north side discovered a body burning in an alley near North 25th Street and West Auer Avenue around 6:30 a.m. The remains were so badly burned that police initially could not identify her at the scene.
