In the quiet outskirts of Tulsa, Oklahoma, a grim discovery was made on the evening of January 5, 2023, in the community of Turley. The body of 52-year-old Harry Leroy McElfresh was found, along with that of 39-year-old Tiffany Dawn Culkins, in a shed situated behind a mobile home on a property owned by McElfresh.
