In the quiet outskirts of Tulsa, Oklahoma, a grim discovery was made on the evening of January 5, 2023, in the community of Turley. The body of 52-year-old Harry Leroy McElfresh was found, along with that of 39-year-old Tiffany Dawn Culkins, in a shed situated behind a mobile home on a property owned by McElfresh. Both victims had suffered what appeared to be gunshot wounds to the back of their heads, and their hands were bound behind their backs with duct tape. The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office ...
