Do you know who murdered Billy? In the late hours of a Friday night in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a violent encounter irrevocably altered the course of a young man's life. On April 17, 1981, at approximately 11:45 p.m., 19-year-old Billy Dean Haley was discovered beaten in the roadway at 1300 S. Sheridan Road. Reports from the time indicated that four to five unidentified individuals were seen assaulting Haley before fleeing the scene. The attack left him with severe injuries, and he was rushed to a local hospital for medical attention.
