On a December afternoon in 1986, the quiet of a Tulsa, Oklahoma apartment building was broken by a grim discovery. Inside his residence at 564 E. 32nd Street North, Levi Lovell, a male, was found deceased on the 8th of the month. The scene within the apartment told a story of violence and a struggle for life. Evidence of a forced entry pointed to an intrusion into the sanctity of his home, a violation that had ended in the most tragic way imaginable.
