On July 14, 2023, 41-year-old Amanda Lyn Killough was tragically killed in an apparent murder-suicide in rural southwest Payne County, near Perkins, Oklahoma. Authorities reported that Killough had arrived at the residence to perform house cleaning services. It is believed that her former boyfriend, 46-year-old Timothy Robinson, was aware of her scheduled arrival and waited for her. Upon her arrival, Robinson allegedly shot and killed Killough before turning the gun on himself.
