In the late summer of 2016, a domestic argument in Tulsa, Oklahoma, escalated into a tragedy that ended the life of 61-year-old Suzanne Boggs. On August 27th, the female victim was fatally shot, a final and violent end to a dispute with her husband. The events of that day led to a swift response from law enforcement.
