On July 26, 1973, 38-year-old Veda Woodson was found brutally murdered near Sperry, Oklahoma. Woodson, known affectionately as "Susie" to her family and friends, had left her janitorial job at First National Bank in Tulsa around 1:00 a.m., heading home to Sperry.
