Nicari Owens, a 19-year-old resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2023, in a shooting incident at The Kickback Club, an after-hours establishment located at 3400 E. Apache Street. The Tulsa Police Department responded to a shooting call at approximately 2 a.m. and found Owens dead inside the venue.
