On a summer day in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the lives of two teenagers were tragically cut short in a brutal act of violence that would remain unsolved for years to come. Teontae Ray, an 18-year-old Black male, and his friend, Tajuan Davis, also 18, were discovered on July 9, 2008, inside a tan Chevrolet Caprice parked on East 41st Street North.
