In the late summer of 2018, the life of Roy Wayne Cobb, a 37-year-old man from Tulsa, Oklahoma, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On the evening of August 8th, while riding his bicycle near Tulsa's American Airlines maintenance facility on North Mingo Road, Cobb was fatally shot. The suddenness of his death sent ripples of shock and grief through his family and friends, who remembered him as a man who enjoyed car races, fishing, and spending time with his loved ones.
