In the summer of 2022, a violent encounter in Tulsa, Oklahoma, set in motion a chain of events that would ultimately lead to a man losing his life months later. Parrish Fitzgerald Wallace, a 58-year-old Black male, was shot multiple times in June near Highway 66 and West 17th Street. The man accused of pulling the trigger was 56-year-old Terrence Mason, who was promptly arrested at the scene.
