In the early morning hours of September 16, 1990, a quiet street in Tulsa, Oklahoma, became the scene of a tragedy that has remained a mystery for decades. Eric Carr, a male, had just returned to his residence with his brother when they were met by an unknown white male. While his brother went inside the house, Eric remained in the driveway, engaged in a conversation with the stranger.
