In May of 1974, the life of Roy Gilbert Cutsinger, a 55-year-old male, was brought to a tragic and violent end in his Tulsa, Oklahoma apartment. His body was discovered by his apartment manager and a maintenance worker on the morning of May 24th. The maintenance worker had passed by Roy's apartment earlier that morning and noted the door was closed, only to find it open upon his return shortly after 9 a.m.
