In March of 2016, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Evan Stout, a 19-year-old male, was discovered in a car in north Tulsa with a gunshot wound to his head on a Friday. He was transported to a local hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, March 13, 2016.
