In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Oklahoma City, a discovery was made that would mark a tragic end to the life of Ira B. Spells. On December 5, 2023, police were called to the 6800 block of Northwest 10th Street for a welfare check. There, lying near the roadway, they found the body of 38-year-old Ira B. Spells, a Black male born on June 6, 1985.
