In the early evening of July 10, 2024, a burst of violence at the Executive Inn motel in Oklahoma City claimed the life of 34-year-old Isai Vera. A Hispanic male, Vera was discovered suffering from a gunshot wound when police responded to reports of a shooting at the motel located near Southwest 34th Street and the Interstate 35 service road around 5:41 p.m. He was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
