In what was later determined to be a murder-suicide, 68-year-old Forrest Ingerson, a White male, was found deceased in a southwest Oklahoma City residence. The tragic discovery was made by police on August 2, 2024, at a home near Southwest 25th and S Miller Avenue. This incident marked the 56th homicide in the city for that year.
