On the morning of Friday, September 8, 2023, 15-year-old Bryan Tamya was with other students, waiting for the school bus in the 7700 block of Hardeson Road in Everett, Washington. At approximately 6:40 a.m., a black sedan with silver or alloy rims approached, and shots were fired from the vehicle in a drive-by shooting.
