Cesar Sanchez, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, was fatally shot in the early hours of November 26, 2023, at Henry M. Jackson Park in Everett, Washington. Sanchez had spent the night at a friend's house and was supposed to be taken to his new job that Sunday morning. Instead, he became the victim of a homicide that marked the tenth deadly shooting in Everett that year. Witnesses in the vicinity of the park reported hearing multiple gunshots.
