Jason F. Tuttle, a 53-year-old man from Seattle, Washington, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on November 11, 2023, in the Rainier Beach neighborhood of South Seattle. The King County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Tuttle died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was officially ruled a homicide.
