On a summer night in Seattle on June 1, 2014, the lives of two young men were tragically cut short in what would be revealed as part of a violent, ideologically driven crime spree. Ahmed Said, a 27-year-old Black/African American man, and his friend, 23-year-old Dwone Anderson-Young, were shot and killed in the Leschi neighborhood.
