On a Sunday evening, March 15, 2015, in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, 17-year-old Robert Robinson was on his way to a grocery store when his life was tragically cut short. As he stood at the intersection of 15th Avenue South and South Forest Street, a car drove by, and shots were fired. Robert, a male, was struck in the chest and fatally wounded.
