In the fall of 2023, the life of Victor Carlos Garcia, a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in a violent confrontation. On the evening of October 19th, Garcia had tracked a stolen vehicle to Golden Gardens Park in Seattle, Washington. Believing the occupants were responsible for the theft, he confronted the two people inside the car.
