In the late hours of February 18, 1983, continuing into the early morning of February 19, a horrific scene unfolded within the Wah Mee social club, nestled in Seattle's Chinatown International District. Among the patrons and employees present that fateful night was Gim Lun Wong, a 54-year-old male of Chinese descent who worked as a doorman at the club.
