On September 19, 2024, at approximately 1:01 a.m., Federal Way police officers responded to a report of a shooting at the Avana Star Lake Apartments located at 2211 S. Star Lake Road in Federal Way, Washington. Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle that had crashed into several other vehicles.
