Kevin Rodriguez Arcinas, an 18-year-old resident of Auburn, Washington, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2024, in a shooting incident in Everett, Washington. The event occurred at the Park View Apartments located at 1126 W Casino Road, at approximately 1:05 p.m.
