On Halloween, October 31, 2024, the body of 52-year-old Hans Erik Hansen was discovered near his 2006 Honda Pilot off State Route 410 in Enumclaw, Washington. The King County Medical Examiner determined that Hansen died from multiple gunshot wounds, classifying the case as a homicide.
