In the early evening of June 15, 2023, Miles Russell Clark, a 30-year-old White/Caucasian male, was seated at a picnic table in Morrill Meadows Park in Kent, Washington, working on his company laptop. A tech support specialist for a Seattle software company, Clark had recently purchased a home in Kent.
