Jimmy R. Joe, a 26-year-old man from Kent, Washington, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2023, in a shooting incident at an apartment complex in Kent. The King County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Joe died from a gunshot wound to the chest and officially ruled his death a homicide.
