Raphael Deshawn Hill, a 39-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically killed on August 10, 2023, in a shooting incident at McEvoy Park in College Hill. The police were alerted to the scene where they discovered two men with gunshot wounds. Hill was pronounced dead at the scene, while another individual was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious injuries.
