Richard A. Hudgies, a 31-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on May 25, 2016. He was found shot in the head at the entryway of his apartment building in the Pendleton neighborhood. Richard, known affectionately as Rick, was a charismatic individual with a big smile and a keen fashion sense. He was deeply involved in his community and had a passion for theater and fashion design.
