On August 20, 2024, at approximately 11:55 p.m., 38-year-old Paris T. Isom Blye was found with a gunshot wound in the 100 block of East Clifton Avenue in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Emergency responders transported him to UC Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
