Police Specialist Ronald D. Jeter, aged 34, of the Cincinnati Police Department, was tragically killed in the line of duty on December 5, 1997. He and his partner, Officer Daniel Pope, were attempting to serve a felony warrant for domestic violence at an apartment on West Hollister Street.
