Jason Finley, aged 29, was tragically shot and killed on October 12, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. His body was discovered on a sidewalk in the College Hill neighborhood by a woman who was walking her dog early that morning. The incident occurred near the intersection of Marlowe Avenue, where Finley was found unresponsive with gunshot wounds. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
