Donshae Williams, a 22-year-old from Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot on August 19, 2011. The incident took place in the city’s West End neighborhood, an area known to experience frequent gun violence at that time. Williams was pronounced dead shortly after the shooting, and the case has since remained unsolved despite ongoing investigations by the Cincinnati Police Department.
