On November 8, 2011, Rufus Kelley, a 91-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at 2610 Park Avenue in the city’s Hamilton County. The Cincinnati Police Department has been investigating the case, but as of today, no suspects have been identified, and the case remains unsolved.
