Death by Force

Victor Hines II, a 22-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was tragically shot dead on June 21, 2018, in Camp Washington. He was found near the 1100 block of Alfred Street around 8:41 p.m. The Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit took over the investigation, but as of now, there have been no arrests or suspects identified in connection with his death.
